Body mesotherapy is a medical aesthetical procedure that is able to change the skin appearance, reduce localized fat, tighten skin and improve cellulitis. It is generally applied to gluteus, thighs, abdomen and arms.
The mesotherapy procedure consists in applying micro injections of pharmaceutical and homeopathic preparations, vitamins, minerals and amino acids to those zones where there is excess fat and flaccidity. This procedure uses very thin needles to deliver a series of injections at a superficial level.
It generally takes a course of approximately 10 sessions of 15 minutes each, once a week, although it may vary depending on each case. Results start to be perceived three or four weeks after starting the treatment. After the procedure, you may resume your normal activities; yet you will need to avoid massaging the zone, sunbathing and going to swimming pools during the first 24 up to 48 hours.
